第六章
君子以って事を作すには始めを謀る
ー君子以作事謀始ー 易経
【易経：「易」または「周易」ともいう。五経の一つ。
卜筮（ぼくぜい）の法によって、倫理道徳を説いたもの。
上下の「経」と、その注釈篇である。
「十翼」からなり、十翼は孔子の編と伝えられている】
原文：
君子以作事謀始
書き下し文：
君子以って事を作すには始めを謀る
君子以って事を作すには始めを謀る
意解：
われわれ日本人は、「走り出してから考える」といわれる。
「とにかくバスに乗り遅れるな」というわけであろう。
こういう「先制速攻」型には、むろん大きなメリットがある。
なんといってもその行動力、機敏な対応能力は評価されなければならない。
しかし、マイナスもある。情勢のまにまに、右へ走ったり左へ走ったり、
たえず試行錯誤を強いられることだ。その結果、
労多くして功少なしということにもなりかねない。
そういうマイナスを指摘したのが、「事を作すには始めを謀る」である。
スタートするまえに、よく調査研究し、計画を練りあげるということだ。
これをしっかりしてかかれば、不測の事故やトラブルを
最小限に抑えることができるのだという。
思うに、何をするにしても、
一、十分に練り上げられた事業計画
一、機敏な対応能力
の二面を必要とする。
これを併せ持った物が勝ち残るということだ。
